It is an honour to be appointed to manage JMUS from July 2024, after more than 27 years with the company.
The appointment signifies the company’s directions towards localisation as part of the effort towards increasing challenges in the ever changing regional and global business environment, especially Post-Covid.
Despite localisation, we could not forget and give up the company fundamental established by many Expatriates, Specialists and Engineers from our Principal and Sister Companies from Japan, who brought and educate our Local Colleagues not only the Technical Skill, but the mind of Detailed Technical Quality Uphold towards customer satisfaction and confidence, which is the core of maintaining long terms business relationships with many loyal customers and partners.
Inevitably, many conventional products and businesses become obsolete or irrelevant due to the continuing evolve of new technologies, global environmental issues, and aggressive business competition, thus, the company shall continue to maintain the Core Value of Quality Mind, while venture into new Products, Services and Business Area with continue education, training and close cooperation with our Principal, Partners and Customers, to stay relevant in the Business World.
Company Profitability, Smooth and Safe Operation is not possible without the Positive Mind-set, Commitment and Synergy of the Members, regardless of Technical, Commercial or Support Staff. As such, facilitating a cohesive working culture, helping each other, upskilling and rewarding in conjunction with both company and individual performance is the management goal towards the long term sustainability of the company.
