If you would like a copy of your personal data being held by Japan Marine United Singapore Pte Ltd, please approach our Personal Data Protection Officer (“PDPA Officer”) in person. Please bring along your identification card to fill up an application form and have your particulars verified. We would require you to make the request personally with your identification so that we can ensure that your personal data is protected against unauthorised access. You may also be required to make payment for your request to cover our administrative costs.

Please let us have 20 working days to process your request for access to your personal data.

Correction :

If you would like to update or correct your personal data held by Japan Marine United Singapore Pte Ltd, please complete the Data Correction/Removal Request Form and submit the form together with a clear copy of your personal identification with photograph. We will confirm the receipt of your request within 5 working days from the date of your request.
